Selection Criteria
The selection of admissions is based on the following criteria:
- Degree/diploma grade at 30%
- Analytical Rating in undergraduate courses, which are relevant to the known. subject of the DPMS. (average score) 5%
- Performance in the Diploma Thesis, where this is provided for in the first cycle of studies at a rate of 5%
- Certified knowledge of a foreign language - English - as a prerequisite of level b2 at a rate of 10%
(The level of linguistic knowledge of the foreign language is demonstrated in the following ways:
- State Certificate of Law 2740/1999, as replaced by par. 19 of article 13 of Law 3149/2003,
- Degree in Foreign Language and Philology or Degree in Foreign Languages Translation and Interpreting from the country or equivalent and equivalent from schools abroad,
- Degree, undergraduate or postgraduate diploma or doctoral degree from any recognized institution of higher education abroad,
- High school diploma equivalent to Greek Secondary Education schools, provided they have been obtained after regular study of at least six years abroad.
The foreign language teaching proficiency license does not prove the knowledge of a foreign language (p.d. 347/2003). Applicants who hold the relevant license must provide a certified copy and an exact translation of the degree on the basis of which the foreign language teaching proficiency license was issued).
- Research or professional activity related to the subject of the DPMS, at a rate of 10%
- Publications and writing activity at a rate of 5%
- Letters of recommendation at a rate of 5%
- Oral interview at 30%
In particular, issues related to the above mentioned are determined by decisions of the Graduate Studies Committee.
